4Legal basis and consent
We collect and process your personal data only with your explicit consent or where the law allows, such as performing a contract with you or meeting a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it, only as needed, with:
- Service providers: maintenance companies, electronic payment providers, cloud hosting and advertising platforms.
- Parties to the property relationship: the owner or tenant, to the extent needed to deliver the service.

11Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us so we can delete it.
